No hot water on a Saturday night, a leaking pipe before the weekend, a power circuit that will not reset. These are the calls we handle most. For a true emergency like an active gas leak, power outage or flooding, always call the utility first.

Same-day bookings
Something gone wrong before guests arrive or a tenant moves in? Call early and we will do our best to fit you in.
No hot water, right now
The most common call we get. We carry common units on the ute so a same-day swap is possible.
Leaks and blockages
A steady drip, a blocked drain, a toilet that will not stop running. Not always a disaster, always a nuisance.
Genuine emergency? For an active gas leak call ATCO on 13 13 52. For a power outage or hazard, call Western Power on 13 13 51. For a burst water main, call Water Corporation on 13 13 75.

Why one team beats three different callouts

A lot of home jobs sit between two trades. We hold the licences for both, so you only book one visit.

Bore pumps that play up are usually an electrical fault, not a plumbing one. We diagnose both sides in one visit.

Switching a gas cooktop to induction needs a gas fitter to cap the line and an electrician to run a dedicated circuit. We do both in one visit.

Gas hot water changeovers need a plumber and a gas fitter. We hold both licences.
